Dear HSBC customer service team,

I'm writing to request a refund of the £35 overdraft fee charged to my account on 3rd May 2026. The fee was triggered by a late council pension credit; the funds arrived the same morning.

I've attached my May statement for reference. Please could you review and refund this charge to my current account.

Best regards,

Saraswati Shikhar

GDPR — server lives in your region

How it actually works

The agent rides your own WhatsApp number. You set the rules; they message you the way they always have.

1

Pair the agent to your WhatsApp

30 seconds. Sign up, pay, scan a QR. The agent now lives on your number, with a dedicated private server in your part of the world.

2

Tell it who and what

Just talk to the agent. Tell it who can message it (your mum, your dad, just you), what to help with, what to leave alone. It walks you through hooking up Gmail, calendar, anything else.

3

They message you, like always

When mum WhatsApps you, the agent only steps in if she starts the message with a full stop. Otherwise, you're talking to her. Every AI reply is labelled, so she always knows.

How it stays out of your way

The dot trigger.

When mum WhatsApps you, the agent stays silent by default — that's your conversation. The agent only steps in when a message starts with a full stop. So “.translate this email” is for the agent. “hi beta” is for you.

Every AI reply is labelled, so she always knows whether she's talking to you or to it. Funnily enough, she can usually tell anyway — because the agent doesn't send messages as short as you do.

Default: AI is silent. at the start = AI handles itEvery reply tagged so they know

What it actually does

Voice notes, in seven languages

They record a voice note. Fredo transcribes it, understands what they want, and drafts the reply — in Hindi, Nepali, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Tagalog, or English.

Email they can actually answer

Forward in any email. Fredo translates it, drafts a reply in their language, attaches the right document, and asks them to confirm before sending.

Inference is included

No API key to wire up. No surprise bill. One flat fee, smart model routing under the hood, and a soft cap that throttles instead of locking anyone out.

Their data stays in their region

Dedicated server in London, Frankfurt, Mumbai, New York, Tokyo, or Sydney — chosen from where they actually live, not where you live.

Updates itself, quietly

Pinned releases roll out nightly with health checks and automatic rollback. You set it once and forget about it.

Per-contact rules, in plain English

Tell the agent who can message it, what to help with, what to leave alone. No settings page — you just talk to it.

Personal support from the founder

Support is my actual WhatsApp.

If you set this up and something breaks, you message me directly. My own agent triages, I reply on the other end. I built this for my mum, and I want it to work that well for yours.

Set it up for someone you love.

In under a minute, your parent has a private AI on WhatsApp that speaks their language. Configured, secure, and waiting.
